Tech Valley Talent, LLC provides software products and related services through the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) Cooperative Contract DIR-CPO-6139.

Tech Valley Talent LLC (TVT) offers Software Products and Services through this DIR contract. Through this contract, Tech Valley Talent provides the Tanium platform, a SaaS-based endpoint management and security solution designed to provide visibility and control across enterprise environments.

In addition to software products, Tech Valley Talent offers related services provided by Tanium, including maintenance and support, training services, Virtual Professional Foundations training (single seat), and virtual conference access. Tech Valley Talent contracts may be used by state and local governments, public education entities, and other public entities in Texas, as well as public entities outside of the state.

How to Order

1. Generate a purchase order made payable to Tech Valley Talent, LLC and reference DIR Contract Number DIR-CPO-6139 on your purchase order.

2. E-mail your purchase order and quote form to your designated Tech Valley Talent sales representative.

Accessibility (PDAA)

Upon Customer request, Successful Respondent must provide a completed, current, accurate, Policy Driven Adoption for Accessibility (PDAA) Vendor Self-Assessment.

Warranty and Return Policies:

Products will be considered accepted unless the customer notifies TVT in writing within 10 days of receipt of any product or license. Product returns and warranty period shall be governed by the Product manufacturer’s warranty and return material authorization policies in effect at the time of Product return.

Service Level Agreements (SLA)

Service availability, recovery time objectives (RTO), and recovery point objectives (RPO) are defined as part of the Tanium SaaS platform and are available upon request or included in customer agreements.
